What is the turnaround time for an order placed online?
If you submit your order by midnight Wednesday, your order will be shipped out that Friday. We ship our online orders twice a week. Every Tuesday and Friday.
How do I track my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number associated to your order.
How do I exchange or return an item?
For all returns, you must contact us prior to shipping the product back to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I return my order for a refund?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for products damaged in the transit. All merchandise leave in perfect condition from our shop and we take great care to make sure you receive your order in the same condition. You must contact us prior to shipping the product back to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of shipment. Any returns after 14 days we can only offer store credit. If orders are in or around the Calgary area arrangement for pick up from store is possible upon request.
